1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Description

crystalcleancrew.com provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Standard Cleaning

  • Deep Cleaning

  • Airbnb Cleans

  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleans

Service details, including scope, and scheduling, are specified at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

While we strive to provide accurate information about our services, we do not warrant that service descriptions or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling without penalty
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling with a $25 fee
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, rescheduling with a $50 fee
  • No-shows: Full charge with no refund
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us through our website, email, or phone.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer rescheduling or a full refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, crystalcleancrew.com and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, good will, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of your account
  • Damages resulting from interruption or cessation of our services
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
